6 or 8 chops or ribs to fill CrockPot
1/4 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup chopped celery
1 Cup ketchup
1/2 Cup water
1/4 Cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix together & pour over meat in pot. Cook until tender (4 hours on low, about 1 hour on high).
